Taken Acolyte

Overview

Taken Acolytes are infantry enemies of the Taken. They fight from range with either Arc Shredders, whose shots arc over cover, or Howlers, which leave freezing Stasis fields.

Behavior

Each Acolyte deploys an Acolyte's Eye, a floating turret that keeps firing after the Acolyte dies. Destroy the Eyes, avoid the Stasis fields and use cover against arcing shots.

Location

In The Shattered Throne dungeon, Taken Acolytes are met in the Labyrinth on the way to the Ascendant buildings, where Fireteams must clear a few of them and a Knight miniboss before the first encounter begins.
