Sybil

The Sybil is the title of a member of the Oneiromantic Circle, the leadership of the Cryptochron Order. The Oneiromantic Circle directed the Kentarch 3 fireteam, including Rekkana, into the Black Garden to find the Vex relic Divinity.

The Circle continued to operate after the order was disbanded following Osiris's exile from the Last City, and it had foreseen the raid before the fireteam arrived.
