Stasis Containment Device

Overview

The Stasis Containment Device is a temporary quest item from the Drifter in The Stasis Prototype. It occupies a Power weapon slot. The Drifter modified this weapon component to safely contain unstable forms of Stasis.

Acquisition

The Drifter gives you the device at the "Rendezvous with Drifter" step, when you visit him in the Annex after the Lost Sector rendezvous, where you collect skiff codes.

Next steps

Holding the device unlocks the "Stealing Stasis" mission on Europa. Completing that step grants Salvation's Grip and a grenade launcher. The quest then ends with another visit to the Drifter in the Annex.
