Stable Resonance

Stable Resonance is a buff from the Promised armor set. The 2-piece bonus generates it when you defeat a powerful combatant, granting damage resistance and increased weapon damage for its duration.

With four pieces, the set adds Resonance Redirection: while Stable Resonance is active, continued weapon damage occasionally generates a resonance burst that damages and exhausts nearby targets.

The set comes from the Salvation's Edge raid. Exact buff values vary between guides and are not listed here.
