• Increases stability
Spike Grenades is a Grenade Launcher perk: grenades do increased damage on direct hits and the weapon gains stability. It gives +50% direct impact damage (impact portion only; explosive damage is unaffected) and +10 Stability.
Weapons
Many grenade launchers roll it, including The Day's Fury and Courageous Surrender. Check the roll on the weapon you have. The damage bonus is especially useful against bosses.
Tips
It is recommended for boss damage in the Crown of Sorrow raid.
