Silkstrike

Silkstrike is the Strand Super for the Hunter's Threadrunner subclass, introduced in Lightfall. It summons a Strand rope dart that replaces your grenade with a grapple and speeds up grenade recharge.

The light attack flicks the rope forward. Its tip deals bonus damage and makes a target explode when defeated. The heavy attack spins the rope dart around the Hunter, damaging enemies in its radius. It works on the ground or in the air.

Hotfix 7.0.0.3 (March 9, 2023) fixed a bug where the light attack dealt hidden double damage. Bungie removed the tip-only critical strike and made critical hits apply along the dart's full length, with damage tuned to compensate.
