History of Shuro Chi

Shuro Chi is an Awoken Techeun who served as bodyguard and liaison for Mara Sov. After the Wolf Rebellion, she and Sedia replaced the Wolves' Guard as Mara's primary bodyguards in the throne room. She also liaised between the Techeuns and other Awoken, including Petra Venj.

She was Taken by Oryx at the Battle of Saturn. Shuro, Sedia and Kalli supported Mara in launching Harbingers at Oryx's Dreadnaught. When the Awoken fleet was destroyed, the three escaped to the Dreaming City through emergency selfgates while Mara stayed behind. Shuro's attempt to bring Mara along left her selfgate open long enough for Oryx's essence to follow them, and Shuro, Sedia, Kalli and Riven were Taken.

In the Last Wish raid she is the second boss. Freeing her from Taken corruption lets her and Kalli purify Riven's heart. Afterward she contacts the Guardian about Public Events in the Dreaming City and offers patrols that teach the history of the Dreaming City and the Awoken.
