Shield Bearer

Shield Bearers are Cabal enemies in Battlegrounds. Each time the boss becomes immune to damage, a Shield Bearer must be defeated to remove the immunity. A Shield Bearer is a Major on the map and a Champion in playlists. The boss becomes immune at each third of its health bar and moves to another section of the arena.

At the halfway point of its final two thirds, the boss summons a Portable Cabal Shield and retreats inside it. Cabal enemies spawn in increasing numbers during this phase. Prioritise Shield Bearers during the boss phase.
