Shepherd's Watch

Overview

Adaptive Frame Sniper Rifle dealing Kinetic damage; the source wiki lists a Season 15 debut and a Special ammo Kinetic slot. The curated roll is Arrowhead Brake, Ricochet Rounds, a flinch-reducing trait and Osmosis, which changes damage type to match your subclass on a grenade ability. Random rolls include Firing Line, Frenzy, Snapshot Sights and Demolitionist.

Acquisition

The game data lists Nessus rank-up packages with Failsafe; the source wiki says to open Legendary engrams and earn faction rank-up packages. The two sources disagree on how it was originally obtained. This is a legacy reputation-era source: the source wiki records that destination tokens and the rank-up system were removed in version 6.3.0 and the vendors moved to the Destiny Content Vault with Beyond Light, so check current availability.
