Shayura

Overview

Shayura is an Awoken Warlock Guardian (Dawnblade) who fought in the Red War. She runs Trials of Osiris with her fireteam of Aisha and Reed-7, whom she considers family. Her Trials weapon is Shayura's Wrath, and the Pyrrhic Ascent armor is tied to her story.

Story

After the Red War she was traumatised by a Hive Knight on Titan and lost her Light. A Trials match triggered a flashback in which she repeatedly killed an opponent, which left her guilt-ridden. Following the Pyramids' arrival she hunted Guardians who used Stasis and was imprisoned by the Vanguard. She surrendered to the Last City after the Lucent Brood, received treatment in the Last City Detention Facility and was later released to work with her former fireteam. She fought the Witness during its invasion of Earth in Season of the Deep, where Reed-7 was killed.

Lore sources order some of these events differently, and the dates given are when they were documented, not necessarily when they happened.
