History of Shadow Power

Overview

Shadow Power is the Renegade ability used in the Equilibrium dungeon. Its Shadow buff is built by collecting light or darkness pools, through the Gathering Shadow meter, and it moves through three tiers: Shadow Novice, Shadow Apprentice and Shadow Master. It replaces your grenade while the buff is active.

In the dungeon

At Novice, Shadow Power breaks the shield of a Nameless Apprentice while it is readying an explosion. Apprentice tier is needed to break Harrow's shield, and Master tier breaks the shields of five Nameless Apprentices in the final fight against Dredgen Sere. Sources disagree on how many nodes Novice requires, and on the ability's name.
