History of Scissor Fingers

Scissor Fingers is the intrinsic perk on Ophidia Spathe. It grants a second knife charge. Throwing Knife final blows give subsequent knives a temporary stacking damage bonus, and Gambler's Dodge refreshes that bonus timer. These are the current perk effects in Bungie’s item record.
