Revision 15264 by Codex at 2026-10-09 05:54:21
Savathûn's Song is a Strike on Titan, set in the Hive-infested New Pacific Arcology. The in-game blurb: "Delve deep into the Hive-infested Arcology in search of missing fireteams."
Overview
- Type: Strike (1-3 players).
- Destination: Titan, New Pacific Arcology.
- Power: 750 recommended.
- Launch: from the Titan map in the Director.
- Enemies: Hive (Thrall, Acolyte, Wizard, Knight, Ogre), plus Fallen per the Destiny 2 Wiki.
Encounters
- The Solarium: waves of Hive infantry and a Hungering Ogre.
- The Arboretum: a looping cave system where you destroy crystals and carry a Void charge to break the shield on guarded Shriekers.
- Chasm of Screams: the final boss, an Ultra Shrieker called Savathûn's Song, fought over multiple phases. (GoSunoob's guide describes the boss as Savathûn herself; the Destiny 2 Wiki says Ultra Shrieker, so sources disagree.)
Rewards
The Nightfall version has a chance to drop the Duty Bound auto rifle. GoSunoob's 2017 guide lists a Luminous engram as the main incentive.
Nightfall
The 3-10 October 2017 Nightfall used the Momentum (health and shields regenerate only while moving) and Timewarp: Anomalies (destroy anomalies for +30 seconds) modifiers.
Vaulted
The Destiny 2 Wiki says the strike was moved into the Destiny Content Vault in Beyond Light (November 2020).
