History of Revved Consumption

Overview

Revved Consumption is a Trait on The Lament, an Exotic Sword. Damaging an enemy heals the wielder, so the sword can sustain you through close-range fights, which fits its melee role. Destinypedia says The Lament is introduced in Beyond Light and is obtained through the Lost Lament quest.

Numbers

The healing amount, any cooldown, and any limits on the healing are not stated in the sources checked. The wiki page lists Season 12 for the perk, while Destinypedia ties The Lament to Beyond Light, so the season is not settled by these sources.
