History of Resonant Fury

Resonant Fury is a Legendary armor set from the Vow of the Disciple raid, including Resonant Fury Plate (Titan chest). Two set bonuses: two pieces restore health on taking melee damage from a powerful combatant; four pieces build stacks with weapon hits that heal you when switching weapons (per this wiki's piece page).
