Rat Pack is the intrinsic on Rat King, an Exotic Sidearm with Kinetic damage. The weapon gets stronger while nearby allies also have Rat King equipped, up to six stacks. It is a team perk, so its value depends on fireteam size.

Effect

PCGamesN describes the bonus as improving both damage and fire rate. Bungie made Rat King fully automatic so the fire-rate bonus is easier to use in a group.
