Proactive Defense

Overview

Proactive Defense is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It is categorized under the Zone Control triumphs. The objective requires the Guardian to defeat three opponents who are attempting to neutralize an allied zone within a single life.

How to complete

To earn this triumph, the player must engage in activities that feature Zone Control mechanics. During these activities, the player must identify allied zones that are under attack or being neutralized by enemy forces. The player must defeat three distinct opponents who are actively attempting to neutralize these allied zones. These three defeats must occur within the lifespan of a single character instance; dying or leaving the activity will reset the count. The triumph tracks the number of medals earned for these specific actions.

Activity and tips

This record is a Crucible Medal in the gametypes category. Keep the sequence in one life. Use cover and recover health between engagements when the objective allows it; do not trade a defeat for a death that ends the attempt.
