History of Pit Boss

Overview

The Pit Boss is a Lurker enemy found in the Revenant Plane, the realm reached through a mirror during Kell's Fall. Killing it summons two Revenant Essentias.

Use in Kell's Fall

Revenant Essentias are a variant of Weavers. Each one drops three stacks of Revenant Essence when slain, and each stack lasts 45 seconds. Collecting ten stacks grants the Revenant Empowerment buff, which is needed to damage the Pit Enforcers in the Fighting Pit and the Kaniks boss fight that follows.
