History of Phydron, Gate Lord

Phydron, Gate Lord is a Vex Minotaur of the Nessian Schism and an Ultra-ranked enemy. It is the last major boss of Commencement. It is summoned as the Guardian nears the ritual site, where a massive Vex Gate stands and activates. Phydron is protected by an immunity shield maintained by Vex cubes and Oracles, which the Guardian destroys with Matterspark before defeating the Gate Lord. It first appeared in Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate.
