Overview
Perpetual Loophole is a Season 20 exotic trait on Vexcalibur. While you have an overshield, your melee attacks deal extra damage. Melee final blows made while the overshield is active refresh it.
Mechanics
The M1R Distribution Matrix intrinsic grants an overshield while you guard, and its upgrades extend overshields to nearby allies. Blocking builds the overshield, and melee final blows keep it up.
