History of Peace by Consensus

Overview

Peace by Consensus is a Legendary Kinetic Sidearm with the Precision Frame archetype, which gives a more predictably vertical recoil pattern. Its flavor text is a Commander Zavala quote about the Consensus surviving without the Speaker. Destinypedia lists it at 260 RPM. Both opened sources show the same perk pool: Shortspec SAS, QuickDot SAS or FarPoint SAS sights, Appended Mag or Drop Mag, and Hip-Fire Grip. Destiny Game Wiki's curated roll is Shortspec SAS, Appended Mag and Hip-Fire Grip, and it notes high aim assistance and recoil control. (The two sources differ on magazine size, 14 vs 15.)

Acquisition

Pledge to all three Faction Rally factions (New Monarchy, Dead Orbit and Future War Cult) on a single character; the weapon comes from the factions' engrams. It was added with Curse of Osiris according to search listings, but the opened pages only describe the pledge requirement. Neither opened source states craftable, Adept or sunset status.
