Ozletc

Ozletc, the Sky Piercer is a Psion Flayer of the Red Legion and the eldest of three sisters, alongside Niruul and Tazaroc. She specializes in Arc damage and first appeared in Season of Dawn.

Ozletc is the second boss in the rotating lineup of The Sundial, after Niruul and before Tazaroc. Her signature attack is Voltaic Strike, a series of vertical Arc pulses that arrive about a second after a warning. Once she loses a third of her health, she summons Psion Commanders who shield her with bubbles of force. Guardians must break the bubbles by getting inside them and defeating the Psions with melee or weapons before she can be damaged again.

On Legendary, the Sundial applies the Ozletc's Clepsydra modifier, which increases Arc damage and knockback damage and distance, making her Voltaic Strikes especially dangerous. The sisters later tried to fuse into Inotam, Oblivion's Triune, and the Guardians defeated them again.
