History of Outlaw Refit

Outlaw Refit is the Outlaw trait, a reload catalyst for Revision Zero, the Exotic Pulse Rifle. Precision kills greatly decrease the weapon's reload time. The catalyst is one of the choices in the Revision Zero Catalyst set and is obtained from Should You Choose to Accept It, Part III.

Revision Zero must reach level 7 before the trait can be inserted. Inserting or swapping a catalyst trait costs 10,000 Glimmer and 3 Enhancement Cores, and it also masterworks the weapon.
