History of Outbreak Perfected Catalyst

Overview

Outbreak Perfected Catalyst is an Exotic Catalyst Triumph in the Kinetic Weapons category. Its Outbreak Perfected requirement can be fulfilled with 500 precision final blows or by applying the catalyst to the crafted version of the Pulse Rifle.

How to complete

For a non-crafted weapon, obtain the catalyst and defeat enemies with precision final blows from Outbreak Perfected. Aim at weak points and finish the enemy with the bullet's precision damage; collateral nanite kills do not replace the stated precision requirement. Continue until the counter reaches 500, then apply the completed catalyst.

For a crafted copy, unlock the catalyst through the harder version of Zero Hour, return to the Relic in the Enclave, and reshape the weapon with the catalyst inserted. This is the alternative explicitly allowed by the triumph.
