History of Omolon Camo

Overview

Omolon Camo is a Rare shader. Applying it changes the colour of the gear it is put on, so it is used to recolour armor and weapons rather than to add a new model.

Acquisition

It is a reward from rank-up packages from Banshee-44. Each rank's package pays out upgrade materials, and the top of the track gives a random legendary weapon. Reputation is gained from dismantled items. Gunsmith Materials come from dismantling Rare, Legendary and Exotic weapons and armor, and Gunsmith Telemetry drops from Arc, Solar or Void kills while a matching Gunsmith Telemetry Ghost is equipped. Both are turned in to Banshee-44 for weapons.

Related

Players have paired this shader with the Philomath Cover helmet, a Warlock helmet that comes from Legendary engrams and faction rank-up packages.
