Old School

Overview

The Old School triumph requires completing the Devil's Lair strike while a character is equipped with a Solar, Void, or Arc subclass. It checks proficiency with the three original energy types.

How to complete

1. Equip a Solar, Void, or Arc subclass on the character that will finish the strike. Stasis and Strand subclasses do not satisfy the requirement.
2. Launch Devil's Lair. The strike is in the Cosmodrome and was remastered for Destiny 2 in Season of the Chosen.
3. Finish the strike. The boss Sepiks Perfected gains an elemental shield after it is weakened, so bring all three damage types across the fireteam to break shields quickly.

Tips

• Keep your distance from enemies, since they deal heavy damage up close.
• Prioritise the Fallen Walker, which can wipe a Guardian quickly.
• A fireteam of one Titan and two Warlocks is a common setup for survivability. Use the Titan's Sentinel Shield and Well of Radiance as much as possible in the early rooms.
