Nessus Case File Collector

Overview

Nessus Case File Collector is a Triumph in Destiny 2 that requires the player to locate and collect all seven Case Files scattered across the planet Nessus.

Case Files only appear while Nessus is the active Distortion destination, and they are not marked on the map. Once a Distortion starts, you have roughly one hour to collect them before it rotates.

How to complete

To complete this triumph, collect the Case File from each of the following seven locations on Nessus:

1. Watcher's Grave: Fast travel to the station and head north. Climb the large leafless tree; the Case File is on one of its lower branches.
2. Exodus Black: Set a waypoint to Failsafe. The Case File is in the vendor room across from her, near the main wreckage of the crashed colony ship.
3. Hallows: From Artifact's Edge, head east into the Hallows and keep moving toward the central structure. Turn left at the short staircase; the Case File is on the landing.
4. The Cistern: Fast travel to the station near the Pools of Luminance. Cross the Radiolarian River to the Well of Flame and climb to the top, by the door. The Case File is on the ledge overlooking the cliff.
5. Artifact's Edge: Fast travel there and drop down to the crashed ship. Head toward the red glowing orb, then look up and to the right; the Case File is wedged in the wreckage near the top.
6. Glade of Echoes: From Exodus Black, head south to the centre of the zone. Check the shipping containers on the left; the Case File is inside the container stacked on top of another.
7. The Tangle: Approach past the large tree and drop into the canyon. The Case File sits on top of the pillar in the centre.

Tips

• Check the Director first: if Nessus is not the active Distortion destination, none of the Case Files will spawn.
• Work through the locations in the order listed above within a single Distortion window, since the roughly one-hour limit applies to the whole set.
