Molt

Overview

Molts are shed remnants of Orin, left behind when she quit as Emissary of the Nine. Recovering them is the first step of the Sacred Emergence side quest in The Edge of Fate.

Locations

There are three molts across Kepler:

• Central Academy: on the floor beside the first derailed train, past the Mission: Nostos and Mission: Fallow nodes.
• Exile's Accord: at a waypoint past the Curtilage Divide, behind a barrier guarded by Eliksni Dregs. Disabling the barrier needs Mattermorph and the Relocator Cannon.
• Outer Wastes: on a ledge beside a building, reached from the Outer Steppes using Mattermorph.

Some accounts also describe a further fragment deeper in Kepler, whose location is not given.
