Overview
Mini Frags is a Magazine-slot perk for Grenade Launchers. Grenades are smaller and more compact, which increases magazine size and reload speed and decreases blast radius. It rolls on a large set of grenade launchers.
Numbers

Tips
Because it lowers blast radius, Mini Frags suits grenade launchers used for direct hits and precision rather than wide area clears.
