History of Mindlab: Rasputin

The Mindlab: Rasputin is a location in Hellas Basin on Mars, inside the BrayTech Futurescape. It is the core of Rasputin, the Warmind, and it was the setting for the Pilgrimage mission in Destiny 2: Warmind.

Overview

The Pilgrimage mission moves the Guardian through the BrayTech Futurescape facility and into the Mindlab, where the Hive are attacking Rasputin's core. Its main entrance leads to a safe area with a vendor and a route into Aurora Reach, which leads further into the Mindlab.

Availability

Hellas Basin was moved into the Destiny Content Vault during Beyond Light, so the Warmind-era Mindlab is no longer playable in its original form.

Story

During the Collapse, Rasputin used the SIBERIAN ENTROPY protocol to flash-freeze Hellas Basin and trap the Hive and Xol beneath it. After the Red War, the Hive returned and attacked his central core facility, and Rasputin accepted help from Ana Bray and the Guardian to repel them.
