History of Miasma

Overview

Miasma is a public, patrol-enabled region in the Court of Savathûn on the Throne World, where it first appeared in The Witch Queen. It is a dark, swampy zone under Scorn control, with ruined Hive structures, Scorn constructions and toxic pools. Lucent Brood forces also operate here.

It contains the Metamorphosis Lost Sector. Miasma connects to Quagmire, which is the main entrance from the south, Florescent Canal to the east, Disciple's Bog, Witch's Echo to the north (restricted access), and Metamorphosis.

Activities

• Public events: Ether Ritual, Witches' Ritual, Resonant Destruction and Fishing Pond. Occasional Taken Blight events also appear.
• Lucent Hive Inquisitors: A weekly-rotating high-value target, backed by stronger Lightbearer enemies. Bring anti-Champion mods.
• Deepsight puzzles: Daily rotating challenges, such as Corpse Trail, Hidden Platforms and Memory Fragments. They reward Tier 3 Deepsight chests.

Collectibles

• Lucent Moths: The fifth moth is high in a central tree and needs precise jumping or a Strand grapple.
• Qualichor: Found from Tier 3 Deepsight chests, Lucent Executioner drops, hidden caches and completed public events.
• Region chests: Entrance, tower, underwater and Deepsight chests.
