Master Difficulty "Root of Nightmares"

Overview

The Master Difficulty "Root of Nightmares" is a Triumph that requires completing the Root of Nightmares raid on Master difficulty. Completing it awards 25 score. Master difficulty was added with the weekly reset on March 28, 2023.

Master is a much harder version of the raid. It adds Champions and higher level caps. The raid is set to 1840 power, and power above 1820 gives no extra benefit, so enemies stay about 20 levels above you no matter how high your power goes.

How to complete

1. Complete the raid on Master difficulty.
2. Bring builds that can handle Champions, since Master adds them to the encounters.
3. Use the weekly Master challenges for progress toward the raid seal.

The weekly Master challenges grant:

• A special armor piece with dynamic enhancements
• An Adept raid weapon
• Triumph progress toward the Root of Nightmares raid seal
