Maelstrom

Overview

Maelstrom is a post-campaign quest from Lightfall, given by Quinn Laghari in the Hall of Heroes on Neomuna once you have completed Stargazer. It restores the memorial of Maelstrom (Sedderik Assur), a Cloud Strider war hero, and reveals her investigation of "the Occlusion". The first step is the slowest, usually 1 to 2 hours total.

Walkthrough

1. Bond with Strand sources and complete public events, patrols and resource pickups, all within the Vex Incursion Zone. Strand sources spawn randomly and briefly, so keep moving; kills do not count toward the area-defended bar, so patrols are the fastest.
2. Complete the Lost Sector within the Vex Incursion Zone.
3. Return to the Hall of Heroes to repair Maelstrom's memorial.
4. Speak to Quinn Laghari.
