History of Mad Scientist

Overview

Mad Scientist is the intrinsic of The Wardcliff Coil, an Exotic Arc Rocket Launcher. The gun fires a volley of rockets, and for every other rocket it fires, it grants Bolt Charge to all nearby allies.

The rockets are small and home in at short range, covering a wide area. Older wiki text describes only the rocket volley; the current in-game text adds the Bolt Charge.
