History of MCXLIII.

Overview

MCXLIII. is a lore Triumph in Destiny 2, part of The Chronicon, a lore book added in Season of Opulence in June 2019. Unlike most entries, it is written by Emperor Calus himself.

Lore

Calus reflects alone at the end of the world. He speaks to a companion he calls “my Shadow,” recalling how they were at his side from his imprisonment on the Leviathan through the building of a new world. He honors them as the last one with him and thanks them for their sacrifice.

How to complete

Chronicon pages unlock as you upgrade the Chalice of Opulence, and some also appear in the lore tabs of the Opulent Armor sets.
