History of Lord of Reputation

Overview

Lord of Reputation is a Triumph with a score of 15. It requires reaching the maximum reputation rank with Lord Shaxx, the Crucible vendor.

Shaxx's reputation is called Hype. A guide written in the Into the Light era (2024) describes 17 ranks that each take 625 Hype, for 10,000 Hype total to reach the top rank. Older guides describe the same progress in Crucible Tokens (20 per level, 2017), so the exact numbers depend on the expansion.

How to complete

1. Finish Lord Shaxx's daily bounties first. Each gives 25 Hype.
2. Complete the weekly bounties from Arcite 99-40. These give about 1,000 Hype in total: two bounties at 100 each, two at 200 each and one at 400.
3. Play Onslaught. Each cleared wave gives a flat 5 Hype regardless of wave number. Defending the ADU builds Shaxx's enthusiasm and generates Hype.
4. If the later Onslaught waves are too hard, farm the first ten waves instead. Clearing the playlist is faster than struggling through high waves.
