History of Liminal

Overview

Liminal is a triumph awarded for completing the "Liminal" Major Arcana quest. This quest is part of the Season of the Witch and grants access to the corresponding card in the Deck of Whispers. Completing the triumph yields a score of 10.

How to complete

The quest becomes available only after the Guardian has attuned to Arc Light during the The Bladed Path quest.

1. Defeat combatants using Arc weapons anywhere in the System to gather Insight. Defeating Jolted combatants provides an increased chance of gathering Insight. The objective requires gathering 25 Insight.
2. Visit the Lectern of Divination to unveil the mysteries of the card.

Upon completion, the Liminal card is added to the Deck of Whispers. When the player holds at least five cards, one is selected at random before each encounter in Savathûn's Spire and the Altars of Summoning. The card's power can be used to advantage in these activities. The card can be removed from the deck at any time by interacting with it in the Athenaeum. Removing a card prevents it from being drawn in an activity, but it can be added again upon returning to the Athenaeum.
