History of Legendary Angler

Overview

The Legendary Angler is a Destiny 2 triumph that requires the Guardian to catch every type of Legendary fish. Completing this triumph awards 15 Score. It sits alongside Exotic Angler among the fishing triumphs.

How to complete

To obtain this triumph, the player must catch each of the ten Legendary fish at a Fishing pond. The fish and where they are caught:

• Drangelfish (Baroque): EDZ
• Salvager's Salmon: EDZ, Savathûn's Throne World
• Gnawing Hun Gar: Savathûn's Throne World
• No Turning Jack: Nessus only
• Cod Duello: Nessus only
• Temptation's Haddock: EDZ, Nessus
• Ignition Toad: Nessus, Savathûn's Throne World
• Deafening Whisker: Savathûn's Throne World
• Servant Lobster: EDZ, Savathûn's Throne World
• Galliard Trevally: EDZ, Nessus

Tips

• Fishing ponds are in the EDZ Outskirts, on Nessus at The Cistern, and in Savathûn's Throne World (Miasma). The Triumphs tab lists where uncommon, rare and legendary fish are found.
• Each cast uses one Bait. Press interact quickly after the bite for a Perfect Catch, which yields rarer and larger fish.
• Catching Legendary or rarer fish fills a communal Focused Fishing bar that makes rarer fish appear more often.
• Caught fish land on the ground, so walk over them to collect them.
