Kitharodes, Choral Minds

'''Kitharodes, Choral Minds''' are a variant of Vex Mind of the Nessian Schism faction, classed as Hydras. They come in Major and Ultra ranks. Their abilities include rotating shields, high durability, a Solar Hydra death blast, midair levitation and summoning Vex.

In Breach Executable, Kitharodes appear as a duo during the final encounter against one of three bosses: Tym, Guardian Slayer, Polyis, Nessian Gatelord or Rhapsoidos. Against Tym or Polyis, Major Kitharodes are summoned when the boss drops to half health. Against Rhapsoidos, Ultra Kitharodes are each enclosed in a shield held up by Vex nodes. The Auletes are destroyed first to lower those nodes' shields, then the nodes are destroyed to drop the shields around the Kitharodes. Rhapsoidos only appears after both Kitharodes are defeated.
