Kell of Kings

Kell of Kings is the title of the Eliksni leader of the House of Kings, Craask. A Kell is the political leader of a Fallen House, commanding its flagship and controlling its Ether supply through an Elder Cipher. When a Kell dies, a House often falls into civil war among rival nobles. Few Kells remained after the Taken War, and the House of Kings' story is tied to the wider search for the Kell of Kells.
