History of Keeper of Petitions

Keepers of Petitions are a special variant of the Taken Wizard, first introduced in Forsaken. They belong to Savathûn's Brood at the Major rank, and aid Vorgeth and Dûl Incaru in finding the Distributary.

Shattered Throne encounter

In the Shattered Throne encounter, the Keepers are the enemies that must be killed. They are scattered around the arena, and each one drops an orb when killed. Collecting the orb applies the Petitioner's Mark debuff for 45 seconds. The Mark must be deposited near Vorgeth to make the Taken Ogre vulnerable, and a player who does not deposit it in time is killed by the effect.
