History of K1 Communion Flawless Solo Mastery

Overview

K1 Communion Flawless Solo Mastery is a Triumph that requires clearing the K1 Communion Lost Sector on Master difficulty, solo, without dying. The sector is in Anchor of Light on the Moon. The triumph is worth 5 score.

How to complete

1. Clear the normal K1 Communion first. Reaching 1510 Power unlocks the Legend and Master versions.
2. Enter on Master, alone. Master adds the Famine modifier, which cuts ammo drops, and has more Champions than Legend: six Overload Captains and four Barrier Servitors. Recommended Power is 1610 on Master.
3. Entrance: kill the Vandals first, then focus the Overload Captain before the Dregs. Break the Barrier Servitor's shield from behind so it is not immune to damage.
4. Underground: take the Overload Captain out from range, then clear the Barrier Servitors. A second Servitor arrives later.
5. Corridor: two Marauders guard the entrance, followed by two Overload Captains. Stun each Captain, then finish it with a heavy weapon.
6. Boss arena: clear the adds before damaging the boss. A Barrier Servitor spawns at one-third health and another at two-thirds. Kill each Servitor, then its Champion, then the Fallen adds. Near the end an Explosive Shank wave spawns; retreat toward the entrance and clear them one at a time.

Tips

Collect the Orbs of Power and Solar Wells in the final room. Solar Wells buff weapon damage, and Orbs charge your Super, so use your Super when the boss spawns. Bring counters for both Champion types before starting, since Barrier and Overload Champions both appear. Recommended loadouts include Arcstrider, Sunbreaker or Berserker, and Shadebinder, with Arbalest or Wish-Ender for Barrier Champions and machine guns or hand cannons for Overload Champions. Keep Resilience high because the rooms offer little cover.
