Jussive

Overview

Jussive is a lore Triumph in Destiny 2 tied to the Aspect lore book, where it is the seventh of nine entries. It was added with Shadowkeep on 1 October 2019.

The entry is written in the third person and follows Praedyth, a Guardian trying to send a warning across the Vex networks about an approaching threat.

Lore entry

Pulses from outside the Vault bring more copies of the Ishtar Collective team, who use them to send messages into the Vex networks. Praedyth sends a message through during a brief weakness in the Vault, and the scientists respond. As the pulses grow stronger, the messages begin to break apart, which suggests the pulses could carry something heavier. Praedyth carves warnings onto his remaining gear to serve as bottles for his messages. He has seen visions of a looming wave of darkness that threatens timelines, the Earth and the City, and he believes the team needs to be warned soon.

The other entries of Aspect are Realis, Mirative, Gnomic, Epistemic, Deontic, Atelic, Volitive and Irrealis.
