Iron Banner Clash is the Clash (team deathmatch, "destroy the enemy") playlist of Iron Banner, an earlier-era rotation mode in the Crucible. Currently Iron Banner rotates through Control, Fortress, Rift, Tribute and Eruption rather than plain Clash, per recent guides; check the in-game tile. Rewards as on Iron Banner.
