History of Injection Rig

Overview

The Injection Rig is a Cabal Public Event in which a rig is deployed from an orbiting warship to spy on nearby territory. It appears in the EDZ, Nessus and Neomuna, and has also been reported on Mars and Neptune. Since Lightfall it has been seen rarely on Neomuna.

Mechanics

Three Psions must be killed before the rig leaves; killing them all completes the event. Reinforcements spawn throughout.

Heroic

While the rig vents heat after an Elite Psion dies, shoot its vents to trigger Heroic. Reported vent counts range from three to six. A Cabal boss, Infiltrator Valus, then drops in, with orbital bombardment from the warship.
