In the Shadow of the Kingdom of Sorrow

Overview

"In the Shadow of the Kingdom of Sorrow" is a triumph with a value of 30. It requires the completion of the Crown of Sorrow raid.

The raid was added in Season of Opulence in June 2019 and set on the Leviathan. It was sunset on November 10, 2020, so it is no longer in rotation.

How to complete

To earn this triumph, the Crown of Sorrow raid must be completed. The raid can be run with one to six players.

The encounters are:

1. Hive Ritual: Players alternate a Witch's Blessing buff, which damages blessed and unblessed enemies, and use it to destroy void crystals across four ritual phases.
2. Infiltrating the Kingdom of Sorrow: A jumping puzzle that uses the same blessing mechanic to destroy shielded and unshielded crystals and raise platforms.
3. Gahlran's Deception: An arena fight to find the real Deception among several fakes, which must be defeated in damage phases.
4. Gahlran, the Sorrow-Bearer: The final boss, fought in segments with hand-and-face damage phases that repeat in cycles.

Completing the raid also grants the Crown of Sorrow emblem.
