History of IX.X: Apocrypha

Overview

IX.X: Apocrypha is a lore Triumph in Destiny 2, listed under the Inquisition of the Damned book and added with Shadowkeep. The entry is an unattributed voice speaking directly to Akrazul, who is about to take the body of his sister Azavath after she sacrifices herself. It casts Azavath as naive and Malkanth as scheming, and frames both siblings as flawed.

The closing passage shows Akrazul waking in Azavath's body, killing Malkanth, and vowing unchecked rage against his enemies.
