History of Hoosegow

Overview

Hoosegow is an Arc Rocket Launcher in the Power slot. It uses Heavy ammo and the Adaptive Frame. The curated roll is Hard Launch, Black Powder, Snapshot Sights and Quickdraw. Its flavor text is "Cause a stir."

Acquisition

Hoosegow was introduced with Red War. It is earned from the Arcology faction on Titan. Complete activities there to earn Arcology Tokens, hand them to Commander Sloane to raise your rank, and rank-ups award Arcology Engrams. It can also come from Legendary Engrams, or be bought from Sloane for Arcology Tokens and Legendary Shards. It can drop from the Prophecy dungeon.

The Black Armory reissued it for Season of the Forge as the Hoosegow XE5837 with random rolls. Season of Arrivals reissued it again as a random-roll weapon. It is listed as a potential weapon in Xûr's inventory.
