History of Hold the Line

Overview

Hold the Line is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It is earned by completing the Hold the Line challenge, a bonus objective in the Scourge of the Past raid. The challenge is attached to the first encounter of the raid.

How to complete

Bring a full fireteam into the first encounter of Scourge of the Past and complete it without letting the map timer count down more than halfway. The challenge is a bonus objective, so it is completed alongside the encounter and does not change how the encounter is cleared.

In an older Bungie forum thread, a player reported that the triumph did not register after the challenge was completed. The fix they reported was turning in the Hold the Line bounty from Hawthorne before checking the triumph again.
