Overview

Hierarchy of Needs Catalyst is a Triumph in Destiny 2 for the Hierarchy of Needs Bow. It requires equipping the bow and defeating 700 targets with it. The catalyst's perk, Panoptic Tessellation, improves draw time and reload speed for a limited time after you deploy a Guidance Ring or hit a target with a seeking projectile.

Getting the bow

Hierarchy of Needs drops from the final boss of Spire of the Watcher, Persys, Primordial Ruin. The drop is not guaranteed, and it is limited to once per week per character. Its drop rate has never been published by Bungie; community estimates put it near 5% per completion.

Catalyst

  1. Own the Hierarchy of Needs bow.
  2. Clear Spire of the Watcher on Master difficulty. Guides suggest at least 1610 Power, an Anti-Overload mod, and damage that matches each enemy's shield element.
  3. Defeat 700 targets with the bow. Deploying a Guidance Ring or hitting a target with a seeking projectile triggers the perk.

Boosting the bow's drop

Several triumphs raise the bow's drop chance: The Magnificent One (complete all encounters solo), Resident Vexpert (complete all encounters on Master) and Devil in the Details (find and listen to the hidden devilish recordings in the dungeon).
